Can I speak to someone by phone first? Sure, call us at 800-450-2692 during business hours.

How many employees can I track? As many as you need. We do not limit the number employees during the trial.

What happens at the end of the trial? If you entered your credit card during the trial, we will charge it when the trial ends. If you forget to enter your credit card, no worries, your employees will still be able to clock IN/OUT as normal... however your data will be locked. To unlock, simply log into your account to add your payment method and make payment.

How do I cancel if I don't need it? Easy. Simply log into your account, click Account, then click Cancel Account. Your usernames and passwords will be deleted, and your credit card will no longer be charged.

Can my employees clock in/out by phone or text message? Absolutely. You are free to use our optional services at no charge during the trial.

Is support available? Yes, we offer free email support. If you prefer to speak to a real person, you are welcome to call us during business hours. You may find that our help videos will answer most of your questions.

Do you accept purchase orders? Yes, for government entities, public schools and non-profit organizations. Please give us a call.
